Our Auckland Airport depot is located at 7 Percival Gull Place, Mangere, just 3 minutes drive from from Auckland's International and Domestic Airports. Free transfers are provided to and from our depot to the domestic and international airports.

Collecting your rental car

  • Car Rental Depot: 7 Percival Gull Place, Mangere, Auckland Airport
  • Auckland Airport: On arrival please phone us tollfree on 0800 244 732 and we will transfer you to our depot to collect your car and complete rental formalities. Please wait outside door # 11 at International, and door # 2 at Domestic for our  shuttle van to collect you. This service operates daily (except Christmas & New Years Day) from 7am-6pm in Winter (1 Apr-31 Aug), 7am-7pm in Spring (1 Sep-30 Nov), and 7am-8pm in Summer (1 Dec-31Mar), on a request basis.
  • Accommodation: please phone 0800 244 732 for collection. You may like to phone earlier to re-confirm arrangements directly with our branch.

On departure

Please allow sufficient time to call at the depot to drop your vehicle off to us and allow for time to inspect the vehicle and transfer time to the airport. Most international airlines require that you check in at least 2 hours before flight departure to complete formalities. If you have arranged an early drop off at the airport (prior to our opening hours), please confirm the details and instructions for the early drop off with us when you pick up your vehicle.
